Turning complexity into five clear pathways forward

Feasibility research and ecosystem analysis to identify what can truly work in this community.

This work started with a big question: what pathways could strengthen and expand entrepreneurial opportunity in a rural ecosystem?

Through 20+ interviews, surveys, a regional landscape assessment, board workshops, and a deep exploration of 16+ rural entrepreneurial ecosystems, we examined what has been tried, what holds promise, and what doesn’t translate.

The most important work was the synthesis — transforming a broad body of research into five feasible pathways shaped specifically for this community.

The result: a focused set of strategic options grounded in research, reality, and possibility.
